we did not want to work the rest of our lives there is an act three let's say and there's an opportunity to do things other than work it is not a nursing home environment the financial model the concept fact that the partners are local it all goes to making really nice place to live in and really safe place to live financially we left a friendly neighborhood and moved into a neighborhood of friends and there's a big difference I just think it's the best place you could be at this stage of my life with phase two coming on first of all we're excited because we're looking forward to a new neighbors but in addition it would be I think so much fun to be involved in the on the ground level where you can really begin to place things the way you like it in your home and make it your own one of the greatest benefits that I have found here both of us have found here are the people that have moved here I think people enjoy having new people move in and then also to get in early so you can choose what level you want to be on what view you want and they're just tremendous advantages to be some of the first people to be moving into the new bills design your future don't just let it happen good neighbors good friends and a new extended family the earlier you get here the more you can appreciate that and some of our friends say oh but I'm not ready for that and I said what about this are you not ready for you know this is an amazing way to live [Music]

when I looked at coming here the idea to me was these next 10 years I wanted to be very active that was one of the reasons I chose this place the median age was younger and there was lots of activity I take advantage of the exercise classes in the water aerobics I love all the bridge I was alone in Annapolis there's health wise I had no problems but I knew that if I stayed there long enough I could cause a crisis for my daughter who lives in North Carolina I made up my mind when I came it was going to work and it is going to be fun and I was going to enjoy it it's been a great experience well the dining experience is absolutely excellent the quality of the food the various choices that you have and it's definitely social once I've been here then that was it I just kept coming back until I bought I just sort of liked the idea that my family would have an opportunity to get some of this money back and when the time comes of course if I live as long as my mother my daughter says they might move in so the younger you are the more time you have to enjoy it and make friends I think a lot of people make a mistake saying I don't want to go just yet I'm not ready I think the earlier the better it's carefree it's just super

[Music] Chef John it's wonderful we enjoy everything he fixes and what's so neat is we have specials every single day every night we'll have anywhere from five to seven chef specials and so our goal is to keep it fresh and as many options on the daily basis as possible every night is something different but it's like coming in and and seeing your family the satisfaction that we bring to the members every night is the reason why we are here you know we really utilized the members feedback to develop our menus and we actually go out and try to find farms that'll work with us and provide us with fresh vegetables eggs meat poultry I like the food there's plenty of variety I mean you get what you want here from from the casual bistro to the dining I love the salmon and I like the steaks the quality of the beef here is just really really good actually we enjoy the casual grill more informal there's a buffet but you can also order off with the menu like anything that you have on our dining menu we can deliver fresh to your door we'll bag it up we cook it fresh to order and we bring it right to your door with a smiley face our chefs been here for eight years I've been here for ten we have a great staff and we love our members I've been here for nine years now it's an honour to feel like we are able to provide them with the level of service that makes them comfortable if you're thinking about moving in Cyprus and you wonder about our food just come and taste it this is our home we take pride in this place we would love for you to join us all you have to do is ask [Music] you
