Salem Terrace specializes in dementia Care in Winston-Salem. We have a newly renovated secured dementia unit to provide the special care that our residents need. We not only strive to help with everyday tasks but also, develop a caring relationship to better manage those we care for.

Daily services can include anything from assistance dressing, eating, bathing, toileting and mobility. We will take the time to get to know you and and develop an individualized care plan that fits your specific needs. Medication management, nutritious meals, housekeeping and transportation is also included.

Arthritis, physical disabilities, heart conditions, disease and age-related conditions are some of the few circumstances that prevent patients from caring for themselves. Our caregivers can assist with a few daily tasks or all daily tasks. We also enhance social interaction and activity by fostering friendships with other residents.
