Lakewood Landing is a terrific assisted living community in Mandan, North Dakota. It is within gorgeous Morton County which is part of the Peace Garden State.
Our facility is comprised of 68 total units with thirty (30) one and two-bedroom independent living apartments with connected heated garages. All apartments come with either a private patio or balcony. Twenty-one (21) private studio units are for basic care and Seventeen (17) private studio units are for memory care. We are beautifully situated facing a bay of water with a two story atrium used as a commons area and can be reserved for special events.
We provide senior housing, personal care, and health care services, as well as á la carte care services for independent living, with customized advance care services for basic care and memory care. Services include 24-hour care, nurses on site, medication administration, assistance for activities of daily living, housekeeping, and a host of activities designed to enhance the lifestyle and well-being of the residents. Residents and guests enjoy our walking path, patio and inspiring views facing the water on a spacious property spanning approximately 3 acres.
INDEPENDENT LIVING
- Two-bedroom floorplan – Independent Living. This unit is a 922 sq foot 2 bedroom/1 bathroom which is an all inclusive package including: A spacious kitchen, washer/dryer in the unit, heated drive-in-the-building garage, individually controlled HVA, balcony or patio, all utilities, cable TV and wireless access, monthly nurse monitoring, three meals and snacks daily, weekly laundry of linens, weekly housekeeping, emergency pendant call system, life enrichment activities, spiritual services, and much more.
- One-bedroom floorplan – Independent Living. This unit is a 645 sq foot 1 bedroom/1 bathroom which is an all inclusive package including: A spacious kitchen, washer/dryer in the unit, heated drive-in-the-building garage, individually controlled HVA, balcony or patio, all utilities, cable TV and wireless access, monthly nurse monitoring, three meals and snacks daily, weekly laundry of linens, weekly housekeeping, emergency pendant call system, life enrichment activities, spiritual services, and much more.
MEMORY CARE & BASIC CARE
- Studio Memory Care/Basic Care – Each studio unit is dedicated to residents screened for basic care and we also offer a special secured unit for dementia residents in our community. This unit is also an all-inclusive package which includes all utilities, cable TV and wireless access, nurse monitoring, three meals and snacks daily, weekly laundry of linens, weekly housekeeping, assistance with dressing, grooming, and showers, emergency pendant call system, life enrichment activities, spiritual services, private shower and bathroom.
