Our community offers 29 apartments with various floor plans, a beautifully decorated great room, dining room, spa, beauty shop, patio and activities areas — all with the ambiance of homelike atmosphere.
As a licensed assisted living community, our mission is to provide excellent service and personal attention to each individual. Our circle of care includes service to those who are with us for a short stay of recuperation and to those who are residents in our community. Our trained, licensed and caring staff is a collaborative team which strives to ensure that each client of Cottonwood Villa maintains optimal independence through personalized assistance and care, enveloped within an assurance of comfort, dignity and security.

We understand that each resident is an individual with unique needs and preferences. That is why we meet with each resident and family and conduct an assessment – both prior to move-in and at regular intervals after move-in – to understand the need for assistance and support in the following areas:
- Personal hygiene and grooming
- Dressing and clothes selection
- Medication management and administration
- Health maintenance management (blood pressure, diabetes, etc.)
- Staff accompaniment to local medical visits as necessary
- Showering or bathing
- Socialization and activities
