Our 12-unit assisted living facility is located on the campus of Henderson Health Care, making it easily accessible to all services offered at Henderson Health Care.
Rosewood Court offers the comfort and privacy of your own living space while enjoying the luxury of some support services. Our staff is available 24-hours a day to provide you with services of your choice. Staff is available to provide your medications and medical supervision is provided by a Registered Nurse.
Every resident receives three meals each day along with weekly housekeeping and laundry services. Residents enjoy social interaction and planned activities in our Great Room and Garden Room areas. The dining room provides a great view to the courtyard where you can appreciate the beautiful landscaping and patio area. With three great floor plans you’ll be able to find the perfect unit to meet all of your needs.
Legacy Square is a 40-bed long term care nursing facility located on the campus of Henderson Health Care.
Our nursing staff is available 24-hours a day to assist each resident with their individual care and needs in a professional and comfortable living environment.
Residents enjoy: family sitting rooms, an outdoor courtyard with a gazebo, large activities area, large whirlpool room, a beauty shop, a library, small private dining/living areas, two dining areas with kitchenettes, and many more luxuries.
Respite Care, sometimes referred to as adult day care, is designed for individuals requiring care on a daily or hourly basis. If a family member who is taking care of a physically or mentally handicapped family member needs a day off, respite care provides medically supervised care for the disabled family member.
