Colonial Acres Nursing Home and Assisted Living is located in Humboldt, Nebraska. We are community-owned facility and we take pride providing a homelike atmosphere for our residents. We are a Medicare/Medicaid certified nursing facility with 49 Long Term Care beds and 14 Assisted Living Apartments. Assisted Living offers one bedroom and spacious studio apartments which have individual bathrooms with showers, mini kitchens with microwave and refrigerator.

We provide short-term rehab and sub-acute care along with our assisted living and extended care.

• Comfortable transportation for residents with physicians in Auburn, Falls City, Pawnee City,  Tecumseh and surrounding areas.
• Transportation to specialty clinics in the local area as well as to appointments with specialists in Lincoln, Omaha, Beatrice, Falls City and Tecumseh.
