At Bright Side Manor we believe that every older adult should be able to access the level of care that they require, regardless of their financial situation. We stand behind this belief by offering rates that are manageable, without compromising the excellent quality of care that we provide. To ensure affordability, we welcome residents through the Managed Long Term Service and Support Programs (MLTSS), formerly known as the Assisted Living Medicaid Waiver Program. Private pay is available as well. Additionally, there is no required spend down before being accepted as a Medicaid bed. An “all-inclusive” home, the assistance needed by each resident will not increase in cost as health and support needs shift or change over time.
