Welcome to Hedgewood Home for Adults- and Assisted Living Program (ALP) Located in the charming town of Beacon in Dutchess County, New York, Hedgewood HFA /ALP facility is located close to the town’s local antique shops and cafes, the Beacon Museum, the Beacon Theater, as well as its neighborhood parks. Hedgewood Home for Adults is a modern and fully furnished 192-bed facility. It offers its residents comfortable accommodations, nutritious food, and an array of creative and innovative programs.

Hedgewood HFA/ALP is accessible to the town’s municipal bus, providing convenient commuter service throughout the county, and to the neighboring town of Poughkeepsie.

Nutritious food is prepared daily by our dietary staff, serving three delicious meals, and afternoon and evening refreshments. Our Personal Care Aides are trained to assist residents with their activities of daily living as well as laundry services for each resident.

Each facility is equipped with the latest state-of- the- art safety and security technologies to ensure the safety of each and every resident. With staff on site 24 hours a day, residents and families can have peace of mind knowing that assistance is always available… with a smile!
