Oceanview Manor is located in a serene environment at the heart of Coney Island, Brooklyn. Our home is just a few minute walk from shops, premier outdoor entertainment venues, public transportation, the Coney Island subway main hub, and recreational centers such as Coney Island Luna Park Keyspan Park, and the Coney Island boardwalk and beaches.

This neighborhood is known for its beautiful ocean view that provides a calm and relaxing atmosphere to its residents. Easily accessible through good roads, our neighborhood is a perfect residential area for medically eligible adults.

Oceanview Manor Home for Adults & Assisted Living Program is a locally owned home care center in Brooklyn that started operation in 2001. Over the years, medically eligible adults, some of which their needs can be catered for in a less restrictive residential home, have received healthcare services in nursing facilities. To provide lower cost and tailored care services for eligible individuals, the idea of Assisted Living Program was conceived.

Oceanview Manor Home for Adults is an approved center for adult care services with license to provide a 176 adult home bed out of which 169 are licensed for Assisted Living Program Beds. Our Assisted Living Program is designed to provide exceptionally high-quality, comprehensive and tailored care services for nursing home eligible adults whose needs can be met in a less restrictive residential setting.

We provide a host of Assisted Living Services including, medication management, housekeeping and laundry, personal care, recreation, case management, and meal preparation services. Over time, we’ve invested millions of dollars to renovate and improve our home both in residential areas and Oceanview is boastful of a super-conducive apartment featuring a standard dining room and two standard housing options – fully-furnished companion suites and studio apartments.

Bathrooms equipped with safety features, state-of-the-art security and safety systems, telephone call system, cable television, and internet access, just to mention a few are the basic amenities present in our state-of-the-art adult healthcare home. It is a no-pet-allowed home for adults that also features outdoor space for residents to unwind and relax while enjoying the beautiful ocean views of the environment.

Oceanview Manor is a Home for Adults who require assistance and supervision in activities of daily living and wish to live in a community as opposed to living alone. Conventionally nursing homes have been the provider for individuals to have their personal care and health needs met.

At Oceanview Manor Home of Adult, we make arrangements for time to time leisure activities for our residents to relief them off stress and help them enjoy their moments in our home. We offer games and fun-filled activities that pose no physical or health challenges on our residents.

As each person is an individual, each person’s level of care is different, and some individuals thrive better in a less restrictive environment. A Registered Nurse creates an individualized care plan so each resident gets the services they need while maintaining independence. Your quality of life is important to us!
