[Music] welcome to elder wood residences at Cheektowaga we believe that our community is more than just a place to live it's a way to live thirty-five ranch-style patio homes make up our cozy little neighborhood that's designed for seniors 62 and older to continue living independently you simply enjoy life while we take care of all the tasks that become more difficult as we age each of the patio homes are designed specifically for seniors we have three different one-story floor plans all created with wider hallways and doorways to accommodate walkers and wheelchairs you'll also notice no stairs around the patio homes for optimum safety conditions and attached garage enables you to pull your car right in your driveway and enter without stepping outside the greatest part about it is I don't have to shovel I don't have to cut the grass I don't have to take the garbage except to throw it outside the door and there something goes wrong you call me come well we had trouble with the stove they come and fix that they come and change the lights and everything so it's very convenient within our community you'll always be under 24-hour security it's just nice it's safe we don't have to worry each home includes all energy efficient appliances your kitchen features a stove refrigerator microwave dishwasher and garbage disposal each home also includes a washer and dryer you'll have everything you need to live comfortably as a member of the elder what residences you're invited to partake in any of the activities with the rest of your neighborhood they have the bus that every when the state takes us shopping to two different places then you have somebody come around if you don't have transportation and take it to church on this weekend which is very very nice there's a lot map to name Easter or when I say field trips every day we provide breakfast at the community center where you'll also find activities like bingo game night in our exercise room you'll always find something to do or somewhere to go during your stay with us my wife was next door in the nursing home and I sold my house and came in rented up the patio home here and I loved it there we would love to show you around our cozy community sometimes it's more information on living independently with us give Elderwood a call at or visit us at elder would calm
