The Bixby Home is an excellent assisted living community in Interlaken, New York. It is within enticing Seneca County which is part of the Empire State.
The Bixby Home was established in 1987, with a goal of maintaining a family environment and to improve the quality of life for our residents. We are staffed 24/7, and provide 3 nutritious meals planned by a registered dietitian. Meals are served waitress style in our dining room. We also have daily activities and we have an onsite beauty salon with our hairstylist who is available by appointment.
Residents may take an accompanied short walk to the public library, 3 different churches, a small grocer and several eating establishments. We are just a short care trip to Ithaca, Watkins Glen, Auburn, Geneva or Canandaigua for shopping or other appointments.
Resident services include individual assessment of personal and healthcare needs, assistance with personal care and hygiene, ongoing monitoring of healthcare needs, medication management,emergency response system, housekeeping services, and laundry services.
