Loudonville’s services have expanded to provide three distinct communities of care: Assisted Living, Enhanced Assisted Living and Memory Care. These centers truly allow our residents to age-in-place.

Our highest priority is to care for each resident as if he or she were a member of our own family. By keeping our center small – only 50 residents – we are able to give every person the individualized attention he or she deserves.

Enhanced Assisted Living at Loudonville provides our senior community with a comfortable and secure alternative to nursing home care. Our new enhanced center allows Loudonville residents to remain in their current setting even as they begin to require more specialized care. Designed to access natural light throughout, the newly constructed, vaulted great room and dining space brings a vibrant energy to the enhanced assisted living environment as well as to the rest of the home.

Our enhanced program is staffed with specially trained and dedicated senior care professionals, ensuring that residents in our enhanced care receive the individualized and skilled attention they require. A high staff-to-resident ratio ensures appropriate medication management, consistent interaction and ongoing assistance with activities of daily life.

The Gerald Levine Center for Memory Care is a residence where people with Alzheimer’s disease and related memory disorders thrive. This secure residential environment provides assistance and structure to help promote each resident’s unique capabilities. The Gerald Levine Center is a place that encourages acceptance and understanding, all the while preserving the warmth, comfort and routine of home.
