The Falls Home has been serving the needs of our elderly since 1973. Our home like setting meets the needs of individuals who are relatively independent as well as those who would otherwise qualify for skilled nursing, but prefer to reside in a more independent, less costly setting. Residents receive 24-hour supervision, assistance with their activities of daily living, medication management, meals, housekeeping, laundry, and participate in a host of social, cultural and religious activities.
It is our goal to provide our community with a professional, caring dedicated staff, respecting the dignity and individuality of those we serve while at the same time enriching the quality of their lives. The Assisted Living Program (ALP) is an 89-bed facility which is licensed by the NYS Department of Health. The ALP is an entity established and operated for the purpose of providing long- or short-term residential care, room, board, supervision, while providing personal care services for individuals who might otherwise require skilled nursing services.
