Our superior nursing staff include an RN, a medical technician and certified aides. We also provide onsite specialty consultants who are all board certified. These include a primary care physician, a podiatrist, ophthalmologist, psychologist and psychiatrist in addition to a physical therapist, occupational therapists and social workers. We are also pleased to offer medication management and pharmacy services and to coordinate medical appointments. Additionally, certified private aides are available for residents.

Food is an important part of life at Oyster Bay Manor. Our 24-hour kitchen staff provides nourishing meals of restaurant quality to keep all our residents healthy and happy. Our extraordinary chef works with each individual to cater to their specific dietary needs whether you or your loved one’s requirements are gluten-free, kosher, low-salt or diabetic. Our kitchen staff are more than happy to accommodate requests and preferences.

We all know that looking good means feeling good, and that’s why we have a beauty and barber shop on site. For a modest fee, residents get their hair done, book a manicure or get an old-fashioned hot shave.

Fitness is a vital component of our Therapeutic Recreation Schedule. That’s why we begin each day with strength-building and stretching exercises as well as offering chair exercise, yoga, massage therapy, dance and much more.
