Brookdale Bellevue

Brookdale Bellevue is a beautiful Syracuse, New York assistive living and memory care community for seniors. Located just down the street from Western Lights Shopping Center, Wegmans and St. Ann Parish, our community is tucked back into a wooded area that provides a peaceful and gorgeous backdrop for our building.

Residents love going outdoors, watching the wildlife, and enjoying the calming scenery. Even though we enjoy a more secluded location, we are still just a short drive to several doctors and hospitals in the area, as well as many excellent restaurants, shopping stores, and grocery stores.

A key component to our excellent care is the staff at our community. We have a staff that is devoted to pampering and making our residents the highest priority in their day. From our most experienced staff members to the newly hired and trained, our staff is committed to your family.

Our community is located on one level so residents can move about the building and grounds with ease. We have 20 senior apartments in our memory care neighborhood and 67 in our assistive living neighborhood. Folks can use our outdoor courtyards during good weather, enjoy our circle walking areas, and our common areas aren t common. We have great spaces for private parties and gatherings, and friends are always welcome.

At Brookdale Bellevue, our life enrichment director has a true pulse on what our residents enjoy. It s not all about bingo! Best of all, our residents take ownership of the activities and events they want to be a part of, from charity work to live entertainment and outings. Six days a week you ll find residents at their morning exercise class. Staying active doesn t have to be boring. Whether its from our walking club to gardening, our residents find creative ways to get in some daily exercise.

We serve three meals a day in our large dining room. We take pride in this lovely area and offer a variety of meal plans. Alternate menus are available as well as for those with certain dietary needs. Want a special time with the family? For those of our community that need more structure in their lives, we use the Clare Bridge concept, which provides care programs and secure environments for those with Alzheimer s disease or other types of dementia.

The Clare Bridge Daily Path offers a gentle daily structure (seven days per week) choreographed with a minimum of six programs per day. All are designed to maintain the resident s abilities and to encourage the use of their current skills.
