We have deluxe private rooms, single rooms, and semi-private rooms. Each room has its own bathroom and shower, emergency call system, and enhanced fire safety system.
Manor Hills is a single story 137 bed adult home conveniently located in Wellsville, NY, in the heart of Allegany County. Accessible to Riverwalk Plaza, area churches, drug stores, motels and restaurants and area hospitals.
We have several large gathering areas, private family dining room, library and in house barber/beauty shop.
We encourage family interaction, and provide guest meals and unrestricted visitation. Our residents are free to come and go as they please, in fact, many attend community activities and work outside the facility. Allegany County's transit provides front door service to Wellsville and surrounding communities.
