In embrace Memory Care our residents have access to all of our community's services and amenities, while also receiving our award-winning care that adapts environment, interaction, and programming to meet the needs of seniors living with Dementia and Alzheimer's. Our residents receive this personalized care in a safe, secure, and caring atmosphere where our professional caregivers are available 24-hours a day.

Carriage Court of Kenwood is proud of the elevated dining experience we provide to our residents every day. Our premier approach to dining means we only use fresh, locally-sourced ingredients to create our diverse menus. During our move-in process, we meet with residents, family members, and physicians to understand each person’s nutritional and medical needs, plus learn their favorite flavors. We then craft our menus to cater to their preferences, ensuring there is an upscale option for every resident.

We serve our residents in our open, welcoming dining room with restaurant-style service. Our hospitality teams are there to serve and meet every need of our residents, helping them to enjoy their meal to the fullest. It s always amazing to hear the joy and laughter that accompanies our vibrant meal times with residents, friends, and family coming together over a delicious meal.

Convenient Services

We provide in-community services to ensure all of our residents can get the things they need hassle-free. Our beauty and barbershop make getting a trim or shave simple without having to leave the community for appointments. Our on-site maintenance personnel ensures that our community stays in tip-top shape and that any issues are always the priority. When our residents need to leave our community, they can do it with ease using our transportation services.

embrace Memory Care

We provide embrace Memory Care for our residents living with Dementia or Alzheimer s. Our community offers two levels of Memory Care, differentiating care and environment for residents with early and late-stage progression. Our residents receive personalized care that helps them discover more opportunities for joy and choice.

Activities

With a full activity calendar, there s something for everyone at Carriage Court of Kenwood. Designed to allow our residents more opportunities to enjoy life, our activities range from daily exercise classes and karaoke to baking and art programs.

embrace Signature Programs

In our embrace Memory Care neighborhoods, our staff uses research-based programming to help residents thrive. Our Thymeless program uses the joy of gardening to highlight seasonality and let our residents enjoy garden-to-table eating. Bookmarks adapts stories and passages to allow residents to maintain their enjoyment of reading. There are also programs that help residents and their families to connect during visits, making interactions in our community more meaningful.
