Magnolia Terrace

Magnolia Terrace is a privately owned and operated, all inclusive, assisted living facility in Galion, Ohio. Our building sits on 10 acres and currently has 56 units and offers 5 different room sizes. Room sizes range from a private 300 square foot unit with a private bathroom to an 800 square foot 2-bedroom unit with all the features of a small apartment. All of our units are private and maintain a home-like setting and promote independence for individuals choosing to live at Magnolia Terrace.

Magnolia Terrace offers 5 living option floor plans. Each unit includes a private full bath (including a shower), and 48 of our 56 units include kitchens with a microwaves and refrigerator. Each room is available with our emergency call light system.

We formulate a care plan based on the resident’s particular needs and we don’t force residents into a standard care plan like other local facilities because we understand every resident’s care and assistance requirements are different.

The state of Ohio only requires a licensed nurse to be in the facility for 30 hours per week, however we choose to provide licensed nurses on-site 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. We believe our residents deserve the highest standards of nursing care, therefore, medications and treatments are administered by licensed nurses with follow-up evaluations done for effectiveness. Along with these nurses, our nursing assistants provide the highest level of personal care to our residents.

We offer a fantastic variety of activities and amenities throughout the community that are open to all residents.

Our Life enrichment department is dedicated to providing a variety of activities. Residents will have plenty of opportunity to interact and develop long lasting friendships with peers, volunteers and staff members.

Not only do we offer daily activities, but also holds many annual events, including a yearly open house held in the Spring. This gives family and friends the opportunity to not only spend time together, but for individuals in the community to tour the facility and enjoy a great meal.
