I own the a farm in Homerville and I got the point where I didn't feel safe and secure living out in the country by myself and I decided I move here where among friends and people that I know and so it wasn't a hard transition to make mainly because at that point they had a waiting list and I said old put my name on the wedding list and I'll think about it and and then when she called and said it was available at home I better do that I just better do that I think you know when it's time to downsize and simplify your life and make your retirement years what you want them to be not with someone else wants them to be I had known that I needed to move my house was way too big for a couple years and you just look around you think I can't do it there's just too much to handle and then I got very ill and the kids moved me and they came looking for places and my son said when they walked in here and look he said this is it this is for Mom and actually it was it's been wonderful [Music] it's a lovely place my apartment is very very nice the people Oliver friendly I especially enjoy the dining room and the young people who work there they are I joined one of the things that I enjoy and appreciate about it when I get up in the wake up in the morning I can look out the window if I wanted if the weather is good and I want to go out I can if it's snowy or rainy and I don't want to go out everything I could possibly need is right here in one building I like the activities that they have planned I'd like the people I've met some wonderful friends here I think it's because we have so many activities opportunities to go places and see things and do things that may not be able to do on your own we go with a group we have good transportation on our bus and we're taken care of you

[Music] so one I love my job in any you know and anything that I do and the satisfaction of knowing that you're helping somebody you know the residents are you know my main priority here it's a great community there's a lot of family atmosphere here and coming into work you know it makes you happy to come here and it's a good place we have a lot of camaraderie here and you definitely feel that when you walk into this place I know strangers will come up to me and say everybody here is just good morning to me and shook my hand and he'll ask if they needed anything and it's a good it's a good thing it's a very friendly building I enjoy working here I enjoy my co-workers in the residence I think Western Reserve is is a very nice place to work the residents my coworkers I like the environment here [Music] I've told family to come and apply at the Western Reserve Masonic community it's a great place to work family oriented they help you out if you need something they're not going to push you away I always um if I see people I know that are looking for a job within like being eight or something and on and stuff I always let them know that we're always looking for great people and it's a great place I always say we have great benefits and just a lot of a good place to work the company itself does a lot for the employee we do um we get you know t-shirts every couple of months you know there's always initiatives you know to make you want to come to work and you as a job because you know there is going to be something for you in the end it's a good place to work it's a great company and Western Reserve Masonic community is very good to their employees and I would recommend it to anyone [Music]
