Twin Lakes has just completed its expansion in its Montgomery location you've got to see it it's fantastic come on let's go inside what was added to the campus with the new construction we added 45 new apartments as well as 22 new Miller homes we also are very excited about the courtyards it's beautifully landscaped with a cafe that's opened early in the morning and late in the evening and our new community center approximately holds 300 people that can be subdivided to smaller parties and presentations that's just a great amenity to our vibrant community you know that's really exciting so what are some of the other amenities here at Twin Lakes one of the neatest features about to laces are outdoor walking path that straddles the border between Montgomery and Indian Hill we have a fitness area which we call the connection it has a warm water indoor pool as well as a whirlpool salon and spa and a fully equipped fitness room it also has integrated therapy services the greatest feature of two Lakes is its location we're within walking distance of many shops and restaurants here in Montgomery all right tell me why would someone choose to move to this beautiful place called Twin Lakes well I think the motivation to move to Twin Lakes is different for everyone it's not the same and for some it could be the lifestyle they want to maintain their independence they want to live a healthier lifestyle they want to make new friendships or even enjoy all of the social and recreational and educational opportunities that Twin Lakes offers for some it's maintenance free living they currently live in a large home and just the upkeep of maintenance is just getting to be a little too much for others it's the type of accommodations that we offer they're looking to downsize or simplify looking for a single level living floor plan maybe they live in a two-story home and that's getting to be a little little difficult for snobbishness location they want to move closer to their children grandchildren or just stay in the same neighborhood where everything's familiar they're Church there ders their grocery and I think finally peace of mind and security knowing that no matter what life will bring that they'll be well taken care of and have everything they need or may need all in one place how can our viewers get more information to connect with you they can stop by and visit us at ninety eight forty Montgomery Road in Montgomery or they can call us at or you can visit our website at LEC org you
