Bartlesville Assisted Living is independently owned and operated focusing on individualized customized care plans for seniors to make life easier. Our facility is a 57 unit building which consists of assisted living and a specialized memory care area for those requiring specialized services. Bartlesville Assisted Living is located just off Highway 75.

Bartlesville Assisted Living was constructed in 2018 by an independent owner and operated headquartered in Edmond, Oklahoma. It is our desire as a small business owner to provide quality, hands-on care for each resident in our community.

Bartlesville Assisted Living Memory Care is a highly specialized care center where individuals suffering from Alzheimer’s or other memory related disorders will receive the most up-to-date care and treatment. These individuals enjoy the independence and care of assisted living while deferring Nursing Home placement. Bartlesville Assisted Living incorporates all the elements necessary to provide a safe, soothing environment to support each resident’s level of function.

Only twelve residents will call “Bartlesville Memory Care” home. We feel being one of the smaller memory care residences gives us the ability to provide the proper level of care of your loved one. Along with specialized training for all associates and care-givers our high staff-to-resident ratios provide an environment conducive for the highest quality of care possible.

​Residents can choose between two different apartment styles, a private studio or a semi-private suite. Each is specifically designed to meet the needs of the memory-impaired individual. Gracious accommodations, lovely outdoor gardens and exterior walkways, and an unobtrusive security system provide a safe and caring environment.

A highly structured program of activities is essential to each Resident’s emotional well-being. We believe in allowing our residents to try new and exciting activities within a safe environment, so each activity is carried out by a trained staff member with that never say never attitude in mind. We also believe in having family members and friends participate in daily activities to allow that much-needed bonding time between each other.

We offer two levels of service for individualized and specific needs. Our professional staff along with loved ones determines which level is best for the resident and their lifestyle. Having a “team” attitude with family and friends allows us to provide the best care available.
