Golden Oaks Village offers four levels of supportive care for residents of our apartment residences as shown below.

Level 1 (Basic)

Housekeeping services and flat linen service every week*
Planned evaluation and oversight by nurses for safety in self-administration of medications
Registered Nurse monthly review of medications

Level 2 (Basic Plus)

Housekeeping services and flat linen service every week*
Registered Nurse monthly review of medications
Trained personnel administer all medications**

Level 3 (Intermediate)

Housekeeping services and flat linen service every week*
Personal laundry service
Registered Nurse monthly review of medications
Trained personnel will administer all medications**
Assistance with bathing up to 3 times per week
Wake-up service/Tuck-in service (see below)

Level 4 (Maximum)

Housekeeping services and flat linen service every week*
Personal laundry service
Registered Nurse monthly review of medications
