From medication administration, meals and beyond, we offer what you need to complete your activities of daily living while enjoying a healthy and happy life.
At Heartsworth House Assisted Living, you may choose from two apartment styles, Alcove and Junior One Bedroom. Both styles include kitchenettes equipped with a microwave and mini refrigerator. You will have the privacy you desire as well as peace of mind of knowing that if you need help, it is available. Each apartment has a private lockable entry door and doorbell, lockable cabinet for valuables, private bathroom, and is equipped with an emergency call bell. For your overall comfort, you will have control of the thermostat.
Heartsworth Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation offers comprehensive long-term care services for individuals who are unable to live on their own due to a medical condition or a safety concern. There are several different options to finance long-term care. We accept Medicaid, most long-term care insurance plans, private pay, and we are a Veterans Administration provider.
We offer both private and semiprivate rooms. Please call our friendly admissions staff, and we will be happy to walk you through the process of financing long-term care for your loved one.
