At Blue Haven Memory Care Facilities, residents enjoy family-like living among warm friends and our attentive team of professional caregivers. With only sixteen guest rooms per location, our newly-remodeled facilities offer a more personable alternative to large-scale residential complexes and include services such as home-cooked meals, laundry and housekeeping, plus 24-hour supervision and on-staff R.N. care.

At Blue Haven Memory Care Facilities, we work hard to provide our residents with all the comforts of home, plus the extra care and assistance they need from our warm and compassionate caregivers.

Your loved one's health and safety is our top priority at Blue Haven. We're always on site and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. As an Oregon State Endorsed Memory Care we provide specialized training and care at each of our facilities. The special needs associated with dementia and Alzheimer's are addressed with increased activities, a higher number of care staff, a beautiful and secured outdoor space, accessible by our residents at any time, monthly family education and support and many other building modifications to ensure comfort and safety.

Blue Haven has a Registered Nurse on staff. We make sure that residents are on schedule with their medications and that they take the prescribed amounts.We can help residents with their Activities of Daily Living (A.D.L.) including basic self-care tasks like eating, toileting, grooming, dressing, and bathing. As part of our service, we provide all laundry and housekeeping services.

Health monitoring technologies assist us in keeping an eye on medical conditions and offer residents a sense of security when by themselves. In addition to Health Monitoring, our staff performs regular safety checks to make sure our residents are comfortable and safe.

Our facilities have on-site kitchens and our cooks prepare wonderful home cooked meals three times a day in addition to daily snacks. All residents receive their own private room and bathroom. We encourage residents and their families to decorate to their liking!

We have scheduled daily activities including physical exercise and social gatherings. We believe in staying active and having fun!

This sixteen-room location is excellent for residents with dementia or Alzheimer's who require the specialized programs and care provided by our specially trained staff.

Our goal at Blue Haven is to create an atmosphere where residents will be treated with dignity and respect allowing them to retain their individuality and independence while receiving all the care they require at a fraction of the price of the larger facilities.
