Spring Meadows abounds with everyday conveniences … three home-cooked meals served daily, nutritious snacks if hunger strikes between meals, routine housekeeping and laundry services, transportation coordination and an on-site beauty / barber shop.  As needed assistance is available for various levels of need including personal care, medical and health monitoring, social, recreational and spiritual needs and behavioral support.

Our staff is trained to respond with courteous, competent, and loving care, in a manner that maintains maximum privacy, dignity, choice and respect for resident’s abilities and preferences. We not only find out what our residents' specific needs are, we find out the manner in which we should deliver the requested services.

Our entire staff is committed to pursuing the highest quality of life for our residents. Daily care is provided by dedicated caregivers, with oversight provided by a registered nurse. We offer personalized care to support our resident’s unique needs and preferences. Staff is on duty 24/7 to provide assistance if needed with ambulation, doctor appointments, bathing, eating, incontinent care, medication management or dressing, day or night.

Our friendly and knowledgeable staff receive regular professional training and continuing education well beyond what’s required for certification or licensing. It’s one of the many ways Spring Meadows is committed to delivering exceptional service.

Our residents pride themselves in taking as active a role as they can in making Spring Meadows the vibrant community it is. Unlike in nursing homes, traditional long-term care, or skilled nursing settings, resident independence and involvement in community life and daily routine, is part of what makes Spring Meadows e so special.
