Gateway Living is located in a quiet, convenient Springfield neighborhood. Our campus consists of seven houses with memory care units specially designed for individuals who are living with dementia. All of the houses are beautiful custom-built, safe and secure homes
We are dedicated to providing 24-hour-a-day personal service to seniors, assisting them in daily activities and helping them maintain an active lifestyle. We provide each resident with an opportunity to enjoy his or her physical, emotional and spiritual lives while being professionally cared for when needed. Our goal is to promote a resident's self-direction and participation in decisions that emphasize independence, choice, dignity, privacy, individuality, and a homelike atmosphere.
Many of our residents have some form of dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. The symptoms and severity vary greatly from person to person. Recognizing the early signs of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease helps in deciding if your loved one may benefit from living in a residential setting.
At Gateway, our vision created a sanctuary for individuals seeking a supportive environment where care and services are delivered with compassion. Our residents live in a homelike atmosphere where professional and loving staff assist residents 24 hours a day. Residents and guests enjoy the splendor of the campus with many areas designed for outdoor activity.
Gateway has full-time, onsite cooks preparing fresh, homestyle meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner which are individually served to each resident. Our meals are nutritionally balanced as well as supportive of the health and well-being of our residents. We offer special diets and will work with you to support individual needs.
