Sherwood Pines Residential Care is a peaceful assisted living community in Veneta, Oregon. It is within gorgeous Lane County which is part of the Beaver State.
We are the only locally owned and operated Memory Care Community in the Fern Ridge Area. We offer full-time care for persons with memory loss as well as respite care and day care.
We are licensed for 16 residents and everyone who lives in our community has a diagnosis for some type of memory loss. Residents can move in with the very early stages of memory loss and stay through the end of their life.
We provide a personalized and needs focused care plan unique to each person to guarantee our resident’s health. Our small facility allows our caregivers to become familiar with each resident on a personal level.
In addition to our warm friendly home and family atmosphere we take pride in providing excellent care for our residents as well as security, assistance with all personal needs, and medication management.

Sherwood Pines works with many outside providers in order to bring the best possible care to your loved one. We collaborate with Home Health, Physical and Occupational Therapy as well as Hospice. We like to be able to ensure that folks can stay with us through the end of their life – being with the people who have loved and cared for them.
