Shannondell at Valley Forge

Located in Audubon, Pennsylvania, Shannondell is a delightful place to call home – conveniently close to downtown Philadelphia, the Main Line and King of Prussia. Close-by attractions include: Valley Forge National Historical Park, the John James Audubon Center and The Club at Shannondell golf course.

Residing on more than 140 acres of a century-old family farm, Shannondell still enjoys the land’s natural beauty and tranquil setting. Wildlife and migratory bird sightings are a frequent occurrence. And horses graze in fenced pastures adjoining the community.

When opened in 2006, The Meadows’ services included Personal Care, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing Care. Today, skilled nursing care is provided at Rehab at Shannondell, an adjacent, stand-alone facility that specializes in cardiac, orthopaedic and medical rehab.

This means that should a resident of The Meadows ever require skilled nursing care and/or rehab services, comprehensive care is located right next door. So, whether recovering from surgery, illness, or other medical conditions, residents have convenient options for both short-term therapy and long-term living without having to leave the Shannondell campus.
