The Carriage House at Woodcliffe Man Senior Living is specially designed to address the challenging needs of those residents with Alzheimer’s or related dementia. Unlike many clinical facilities, The Carriage House provides a warm, friendly and comfortable atmosphere.
We are located on one and half acres in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. Our resident rooms and common areas are designed to provide the warmth and feel of a neighborhood environment. We offer one level living in a secured building that can be easily and comfortably negotiated by our residents. We place a large emphasis on the safety and security of our residents and provide an environment in which they can enjoy and thrive while receiving exceptional care.
We offer programs and activities designed to aid in daily life skills, encourage physically and mentally stimulating activities, and promote socialization and friendships with other residents.
Our two levels of care are designed to meet the needs of our residents. Our families can rest knowing their loved ones are in a supportive and home-like atmosphere. This approach makes the transition from their home to ours easier on everyone.
We offer a wide range of services to ensure the comfort and convenience of our residents. These include:

- Personal care services including assistance with daily routines such as bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation and medication management

Woodcliffe Manor Senior Living offers traditional and comfortable home furnishings in all rooms. We offer private and semi-private suites. Residents are encouraged to bring personal furnishings and items such as their favorite chair and family photos in order to create a familiar and relaxed setting. Our rooms include full baths and each building has various areas designed to encourage social gathering and activity participation.
We provide our residents with three home-cooked meals a day and snacks to enjoy. Our meals are planned by a registered dietician to ensure a delicious, balanced diet. Our meals are made on site and we can also accommodate most doctor-ordered special diets.
Woodcliffe Manor Senior Living rents on a monthly basis. Our fee structure is simply based on the level of care needed by each resident. A modest entry fee is all that is required to reserve the accommodations that are needed for your family member.
