Individuals with dementia and Alzheimer's have special needs. Nazareth Memory Center, part of the Maria Joseph Continuing Care Community, is a secure, personal care facility that is devoted to individuals with various dementias. Staff receives on-going training in dementia care.
The Sisters and staff at Nazareth Memory Center provide a warm, caring, and secure environment that gives peace of mind to the residents and their families.
Our staff is available 24 hours a day to serve individuals who need assistance with the activities of daily living. This allows individuals who are no longer able to live by themselves to continue living as independently as possible.
The residents are able to choose from a variety of rooms and suites that allow them to enjoy a more carefree lifestyle.
The individual needs and interests of the residents and their families are important, and our program is tailored to meet these needs. As such, the residents can enjoy a wide range of specialized activities.
