Orchard Manor has been providing exceptional care since 1976. We are located in beautiful Grove City, PA. Our location allows residents to have the feeling of being connected to the town but also having a country setting. Orchard Manor sits at one of the highest points in Mercer County. We are a non-profit home, sponsored by the I.O.O.F (Independent Order of Odd Fellows). Our facility is one level, offering both private rooms and semi-private rooms.
Our Residents are our first priority at Orchard Manor. We provide short term rehabilitative services, long term care services, Alzheimer/dementia care and a personal care residence. We offer respite stays and hospice care. The staff provide personalized care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our staff consist of nursing, dietary, activities, social services and housekeeping. Residents are encouraged to stay engaged in their life, making memories and living life to their fullest potential.
Orchard Manor is licensed and certified as a Medicare and Medicaid provider for skilled nursing care. Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy are available. We also provide wound care and IV therapy. Healthcare professionals including a podiatrist optometrist, dentist, wound specialist, and medical doctors see Residents at the facility. Spiritual services are available and Orchard Manor employs an on-site beautician.
