The Palms is proud to have such a caring staff to assist our residents with their needs. The Palms is staffed 24 hours a day. Many facilities may use staffing agencies or per diem personnel as a convenient way of handling their staffing needs. But at The Palms, we never do that; it’s important to us that our staff be personally familiar with our residents. Our staff comes from the same communities as our residents, so our staff members and our residents have often times been long time friends and/or neighbors.
For many seniors, their fondest memories are gathering around the table for wonderful family meals. Unfortunately, it often becomes lonely and burdensome preparing meals at home.
At The Palms, we provide three delicious meals plus daily snacks with full table service at meal times. Our dining rooms encourage social interaction and nurture friendships. Guests are welcome to dine with their loved ones for a nominal charge and advance notice.
The Palms at O'Neil believes that the Resident Dining Experience is an important part of daily living.
