Palmyra Heritage House

Our newly licensed facility located in the beautiful community of Palmyra, Pennsylvania, includes 33 rooms featuring secured exterior doors, fire resistant construction with state of the art automatic sprinkler system, with resident's safety and medical care as our main  priorities. Our Memory Care unit provides 7 beds and is a locked area to provide safety for our residents. Our other 29 beds are protected by  Wander Vision which allows residents to wander throughout the facility safely. If a resident approaches the door to leave, the bracelet will cause the door to lock. Offering comfortable home furnishings in all rooms, where residents can bring personal furnishings, favorite chair and family photos. We also assist our resident's with many tasks that  include a wide range of services to ensure comfort and convenience. 

We incorporate care practices designed specifically for individuals living with memory impairment. Our unit is staffed 24 hours a day with qualified experienced staff in Memory Care Support. We consult with Speech Therapists, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, allowing all residents' primary medical needs to be met at our facility. 

Our locked, 7 bed memory unit provides safety for our residents. The locked feature ensures our residents stay safe and do not wander away  from their unit without supervision. 

Palmyra Heritage House is a comfortable and affordable alternative to nursing home care with a focus on compassion. Our community is specially designed to meet the needs of aging seniors requiring assistance with activities of daily living, while providing a home-like environment. We offer programs and activities designed to aid in daily life skills.
