Highgate at Paoli Pointe is a Senior Living Community located right in the heart of Chester County. Our Senior Living and Rehabilitative Health campuses offer our patients and residents the opportunity to seamlessly transition from senior living to skilled nursing care and back. We will take care of all your needs along the continuum - helping you to remain vital and strong as long as possible.

We have 80 apartments that offer all of the warmth of home and the comfort of 24-hour assistance as needed. Our bright and spacious dining room provides one of the largest areas to meet and socialize while enjoying fabulous meals prepared by our highly experienced chefs. Weekly housekeeping services provide you with the ease of carefree living while you enjoy all of the day-to-day activities. Our wellness program offers numerous areas of assistance for those who require more help such as medication management and assistance with multiple activities of daily living all at a minimal cost. Many people find it comforting to know that we also offer a Respite program to help those in need of a ShortStay stay. We have recently expanded our Memory Support Unit for residents with various forms of dementia and Alzheimer's disease. Our dementia trained staff offers specialized activities 7 days per week. Methods of payment include private pay, LongTerm Care Insurance and Veterans Benefits.

Dementia Care Education by Genesis HealthCare is recognized by the Alzheimer’s Association® for incorporating the evidenced-based Dementia Care Practice Recommendations in the following topic areas: Alzheimer’s and dementia, person-centered care, assessment and care planning, activities of daily living, and behaviors and communication.
