I it was a hard decision for us to make but we decided it was the best decision that we could possibly make for ourselves because our home was large on the east side and it was just getting to be too much work for us to take care of everything I didn't have to cook I didn't have to do dishes I didn't have to clean the bathroom and that's what we wanted to do is to come and live in a place that we didn't have to do all the things like gardening that we did at home so Missy mateys the loop five pounds in two ounce little chihuahua and she's a great joy to me and she enjoys going on Arnold courtyard and she likes to watch the cars go by and she watches people go by and she just lays out in the Sun and join it so we have a good time together and we walk a lot we have a beautiful grounds to walk around in enjoy the beautiful green trees and the flowers that are blooming and it's just so nice it's a lot better than living in our other home because it was so large it took a lot of our time doing things there even though we traveled eight months out of the year but it was nice coming to a smaller area that we could just enjoy ourselves we didn't have to do any work of any kind my casita is not South restaurant it's very traditional like Victorian style I would say a year ago I just moved down to phase three to a little bit smaller not too much smaller my one that I have been a little over 1,200 square feet it's beautiful it's all open we have granite countertops and I have two bathrooms and I turn one of my bedrooms into a study which I like very much you have wonderful neighbors and you make new friends my kids love it for me to be here because they don't have to worry about me and that is a really nice thing too I hope people will want to come here and just to see what they can see for themselves there's great entertainment we have parties we have exercise program I got involved with representing program it was just a lot of fun a lot of exciting things going on the fountains and the maintenance people are fabulous transportation if you don't want to drive you can write in the transportation and they're so good too I'm telling you they help help me many time I think you really need to think about it and if it's too hard for you where you're living the cutting the grass trimming the trees do whatever you have to do to your home getting a new water heater a new faucet whatever that might be it's it's a challenge to come over here because you don't have to do that here you really have to discuss it and just come and look and see for yourselves it's a good thing to see
