Woodbridge Place is an active Personal Care Community. We also offer a secured and spacious Memory Care neighborhood. Supportive services are provided with respect, love and understanding. As a community of 75 rooms and a total capacity of 102 residents, the day to day needs of our residents and family members are our number one priority. We are known for our warm and inviting setting. The community is easy to navigate and features inviting common areas for visiting including our comfortable lobby, resident movie theatre and cafe areas to name just a few. Our library is a favorite spot with its warm and cozy fireplace for those cold winter days.

At Woodbridge Place, we pride ourselves on providing an environment where our residents can age in place. With our group of preferred providers, we can provide enhanced care to support our residents thru end of life. We are most proud of our dedicated and hard- working team members and the excellent care they provide to our residents.
