When it comes to the care we provide our residents, we are unconditionally committed to providing the same loving care we would expect in a home where our own parents and loved ones would live. We strongly believe that this is by far, the single most important attribute here at Country View Manor (just ask our residents and their families!) However, when it comes to the level and type of services, which we provide, Country View Manor is very unique and different from many other retirement homes. How are we so unique? Quite simply, we DO NOT charge extra for things which many other homes do. The monthly (daily) rate our residents pay is all inclusive. This means that unlike many homes which have numerous extra charges for different types of assistance, incidentals and levels of care (i.e. personal laundry service, cable TV, daily assistance with medications, daily bathing assistance, dressing if needed, and much more!) we provide ALL of our listed services at absolutely NO extra charge. Also, we do not charge any admission fees, processing fees, or any other up front fees. Thus, we highly recommend when you are looking at different retirement homes, that you insist upon something in writing that lists any and all extra charges you or your loved ones may incur for anything which is not included in your fixed, monthly (daily) rate.

Because it is so very important that you educate yourself about this subject before choosing a home for you or your loved one, we have included a checklist for you to use when inquiring and gathering information.
