Country Springs is a vibrant assisted living community in Sligo, Pennsylvania. It is within classy Clarion County which is part of the Keystone State.

Personal Care was developed as an alternative to traditional retirement communities and other traditional adult residential options. The idea was to establish a community of mature adults who are able to enjoy life to its fullest potential.

The emphasis of Personal Care is to provide each resident assistance with their daily routine, such as dressing, bathing, grooming, dining and medication administration. Independence is never hindered, at Country Springs our personal care enhances self-esteem and encourages a fulfilling lifestyle.

At Clarview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, programming and treatment plans are individually developed to assist individuals with transitioning from hospital to home, to personal care or for those requiring long term care services. The experienced and dedicated rehabilitation team, consisting of physical and occupational therapists and speech language pathologists are committed to providing treatment programs for a variety of health conditions with the interdisciplinary team and physician directed for desired outcomes. 

Clarview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center offers a respite, short-stay program which is specifically designed as a temporary solution for caregivers and family members.
