At Fawn Personal Care Home we deliver personalized care that only a small facility can accommodate. Residents live in a highly interactive home environment and are able to develop familiar, consistent, and supportive relationships with our staff. Health care requiring a medical professional is delivered to our residents through visiting nursing agencies and an on-call house doctor.
Personal care services which are included in the resident’s monthly rates include: room and board in a double occupancy room with three home cooked meals and an evening nosh provided each day; medication ordering and administration; laundry service, housekeeping, and all activities of daily Living (ADL’s) and instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL’s).
We also offer: transportation to routine medical appointments, up to two times a month, at no additional cost to residents; daily individual and group activities, opportunities for monthly group outings (residents are responsible for additional fees such as tickets and out of house dining); and a visiting beautician at the resident’s cost.

In addition to our housekeeping services, we also offer daily full laundry service, which ensures all residents always have clean, well-cared-for clothes available to wear. Our staff will also assist with shopping, daily hygiene needs, and medical needs.

Our staff will always keep you in the loop and make sure you are fully apprised of all developments with your loved one’s health and wellness. You will always have the opportunity to follow up doctor services with consultations to answer your questions about care options for your loved one so that you never feel out of touch.
As we believe learning is a life-long process, we promote diverse cultural tutelage through group sharing of books and film, games, art, music, current events, and group outings. We enhance our activities by incorporating contemporary electronic media as well as folk customs and conventions.

With a newly remodeled interior, Fawn Personal Care Home will focus on developing the exterior grounds over the next three years. This includes putting in vegetable and flower gardens, fruit trees, a covered pavilion, and developing programs and activities around the use of the country environment by through the wishes or the residents.
