North Penn Manor provides the freedom of private and semi private rooms at affordable rates with the comfort and security of personal care assistance. Our downtown Wilkes-Barre facility was founded in March 2009 and is capable of providing personal care services for over 60 residents. We employee a staff of trained professionals to provide the residents with assistance in their activities of daily living. We also contract with home health agencies to provide for rehabilitative services such as physical therapy, occupational therapy and wound care. Registered nurses are on call 24 hours a day, seven days per week and each resident bathroom is equipped with an emergency call system.
In addition to our professional staff, we also offer a robust support staff entrusted with providing cleaning, maintenance and meal services. Our residents are provided three well-balanced meals per day, full laundry and housekeeping services and our facility meets or exceeds established guidelines in maintenance and security.
