Carolina Gardens at York is an assisted living and memory care community located less than 15 minutes from Rock Hill, South Carolina, and a 45-minute drive from Charlotte via scenic country roads.
Our campus is situated on four acres of farmland hosting four separate buildings, with two assisted living and two memory care neighborhoods. Our picturesque country setting has ample walking areas through beautifully appointed landscaping and gardens. Our setting also provides us with fresh farm-to-table cuisine, supporting local farms and businesses.
Tell us what you love to do! Our Life Enrichment program schedules many activities and local outings that give our residents a purpose every day. Examples of our activities include religious gatherings and discussions, walking club, cooking club, live music, book readings, educational speakers, and safety events with the local police department.
One of our residents’ favorite things to do is make blankets and pillows for the Levine Children’s Hospital. We also enjoy local attractions such as Lake Lure, local church visits, and trips to the state parks and the movie theater.
