Diamond Care Center is a skilled, compassionate community offering outpatient therapy, short stay rehabilitation, and long term care services. This community offers a wealth of programs and amenities to help you or your loved ones thrive and recover.
Diamond Care Center provides Independent and Assisted Living options within the Diamond Care Center campus. This is the perfect location if you don’t want the continued burden of a home, but want to live independently. Our private apartments provide residents the home care services they need, when they need it.
Diamond Care Center offers the comfort and convenience in a community with a wide variety of living options, home care services and amenities. You will no longer have to worry about snow removal, lawn care and daily upkeep of a home. At Diamond Care Center, you will be living with a minimal or moderate level of assistance. We value Person Centered Care. As your needs change, so can the services we provide. Personalized and comprehensive health services are available as your needs change. No two people are alike, and the same holds true for the services we provide to each resident.
With our commitment to the person, we focus on our 7 Dimensions of Wellness to meet the goals and needs of those who choose to call Diamond Care Center “Home.” You can expect their will be opportunities to socialize with friends, participate in card or book club or attend worship services. In addition to rehabilitation services, we take the worry and stress out of daily living with the following benefits.
