The Health Center at Standifer Place (HCSP) is located on a beautiful 44 acre campus near Hamilton Place Mall in scenic Chattanooga, Tennessee. On our property are Skilled Nursing facilities, an Assisted Living Facility, and an Independent Living Facility. We also offer Adult Day Care Services at our Assisted Living facility and Assistive Home Services in the Community.

Residents have convenient access to services on the journey from short-term care to long-term care, all on one campus. Services include : Alzheimer’s and memory care in a secured environment, on-site professional medical services, fall and wound prevention programs, therapeutic recreation, and respiratory therapy. The rehabilitation department provides physical, occupational and speech therapy.

A multi-tiered staff of professionals provides comprehensive medical care. Licensed Physicians and Nurse Practitioners are available on a full-time basis. Registered nurses, assisted by LPN’s and CNA’s are scheduled 24/7. We have a dietary department that customize nutrition plans specific for health issues to aid in recovery.

Providing the highest quality medical care for our residents is a commitment we take seriously. Licensed physicians, physician’s assistants, and nurse practitioners are available full time to care for our residents. Registered nurses, assisted by LPNs and CNAs, are scheduled 24/7. A respiratory therapist is also onsite 24/7. The nutritional services department works to meet the specific nutritional needs of each resident under the direction of our food managers and the registered dietician. We also provide Alzheimer’s care in a secured environment.

All departments work together to develop and maintain a comprehensive care plan for each patient. Our staff to resident ratio exceeds state requirements. To further expand services to our residents, we provide onsite medical specialists. We offer dental and ophthalmic exams as well as consultations in podiatry, neurology, orthopedics, psychology and psychiatry. These onsite services reduce the need for transportation to off campus appointments which can be costly and difficult to coordinate.

At Standifer Place, the abilities and individual requirements of each resident are assessed prior to admission. The goal is to provide each resident with the assistance necessary to remain safe and healthy while encouraging independence and activity. Residents get personalized care at an affordable price in a safe and secure environment.
