Located in sunny Beeville, Texas, 801 Gramman is an assisted living residential retirement community for seniors 65 and older. Our French New Orleans style cottage home offers residents many conveniences in an intimate home like environment, but without the hassle of home maintenance.
Each 450 square foot suite offers a walk-in closet, a large, private bathroom as well as a kitchenette equipped with a microwave and mini refrigerator. Standard cable television is also provided along with access to a dedicated telephone landline and internet.
