- Meal tray delivered to room when resident is feeling ill
LEVEL II
Includes all Level l Services, plus the following:
- Two linen changes per week
- Escort service to and from meals and activities
- Laundry of resident's clothing
- Meals delivered to room
- Extraordinary assistance or supervision up to 20 minutes per day
LEVEL lll
Includes all Level Il, plus the following:
- Daily assistance with bathing / showers
- Escort service to and from meals and activities
- Laundry of resident's clothing
- Meals delivered to room
- Three or more linen changes per week
- Extraordinary housekeeping
- Routine assistance with adult protective products
- Continuous reassurance / intervention for confusion, forgetfulness or
- behavior
- Extraordinary assistance or supervision up to 30 minutes per day
