The moment you walk in the door of Sunrise of Frisco, you will experience a remarkable sense of warmth and camaraderie. Our dedicated team works hard to provide our special community with the highest level of senior care in the area. In fact, Sunrise of Frisco was the recipient of the 2017 Readers’ Choice “Best Assisted Living” award in Frisco, TX.
With several cozy common living spaces, outdoor seating areas, gardens, and a wrap-around porch decked with rocking chairs, our residents are never without a comfortable place to relax and enjoy each other’s company. When it’s time to eat, there is always something delicious on the menu . A couple all-time favorites include: barbeque ribs and savory pulled pork sandwiches. In addition, our three bistro areas are always fully stocked with fresh fruit, pastries, coffee and juice.
At Sunrise, we recognize that diet is one of the most important aspects of a senior's life. We focus on from-scratch cooking using fine ingredients that favor natural herbs and spices, as well as many local and fresh ingredients to serve our residents delicious and well-balanced meals each day. Our highly trained chefs talk regularly with our residents to learn what menu items they would like featured in the community as we strive to create a restaurant-style dining experience for all to enjoy.
Our residents feel very connected to the local community and often participate in charity work or attend local events like high school football games. When they feel like enjoying an activity indoors, they have many planned activities to choose from.
A little-known, but very important benefit we offer is our Safe Resident Movement program. We are one of the few senior living communities in the area that offer two person transfers and Hoyer Lifts. These are essential for safe transfer of many of residents during respite care stays.
