Our memory care community specializes in Alzheimer's & other Dementia care. We provide experienced hands-on basic assistance with activities of daily living and much more. Our philosophy of person-centered care takes a holistic approach. Rather than basing care on a medical model where residents are seen as sick and dependent, and where the day revolves around administrative tasks and "treatment," we provide a well-rounded program that nurtures a resident's cognitive, spiritual, social and emotional being.  

​Riva Ridge Memory Care Center is registered as a Type B small, Alzheimer's certified, Assisted Living Facility, licensed by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services. We're structured to care for a total of 12 residents. This small size allows us to adapt our services to the unique needs of each patient and provide them with a truly personalized plan of care. Our family-style environment allows us to not just bond with the residents, but also to their extended family – a characteristic rarely seen in other care settings. We're able to customize menus, activities and even the décor to accommodate individual preferences and needs.
