the dining room is a great place for people to get acquainted with each other so it serves a social need as well as a physical well it's not only that they get the nutrition from their food it's also a community blending experience where they come out of their rooms and they come to a setting where they can socialize with people they know and also meet new people that they don't know by far Buckner pays attention to detail they really think through their menus we continue to explore other areas of cuisine to try and broaden the selection for the customer so the residents are thrilled with some of the changes that we've already incorporated into our menu and we're taking some of the feedback and trying to develop new menus as well just keep it fresh the object is to build on our current platform and just grow with it I like the fact that it's not a dining room it's a restaurant like I said each and every day I go out and I visit each and every table them seeing that that I do that that makes them feel real good because they in their eyes I'm concerned about what they have for their meal I think it's a great experience I show these people I care
