With just 5 miles away from Tomball Regional Hospital and 0.8 mile from TX-249, it makes the perfect choice of retirement place that provides 24 hour care, 7 days a week, for a variety of chronic medical conditions and personal care.

Memory Lane is a small type B assisted living facility designed and built to provide comfort, beauty, and privacy you would find in your own home. All the decorative touches and cozy areas were specially created to give our residents comfort and security as well as peace of mind for their own families.

Our main goal is to help each resident reach and maintain their highest level of functioning by providing   individualized care, maintaining close collaboration with families, physicians, and being an advocate to ensure their needs are being met.

Memory Lane offers respite care for residents who need 24-hour care for a short time such as after a surgery or an acute disability episode.

A typical respite resident is someone that's ready to discharge home from hospital, but their level of functioning it is not completely returned to their normal baseline. Respite care is an alternative to the high cost of skilled rehabilitation facilities. Residents that want to decide if the facility is the right choice for them can also be admitted under the respite care program. 

All our respite residents will enjoy the same services and amenities as the long-term stay residents.
