The compassionate staff of Santa Fe House, our senior living community, strives to deliver quality care and customer service, while creating a comfortable, home-like environment. We develop individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident, and a full-time registered nurse is available 24 hours a day to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care. Our residents engage in a variety of stimulating activities, such as Qigong, walking club, bingo, dominoes, church services, socials, and card and board games. We are committed to providing high quality assisted living care for our residents.
In our community, residents enjoy a full range of social events and activities, plus the additional support of a staff trained to monitor and provide needed personal care. This includes supportive services like bathing, meal preparation, housekeeping and home maintenance.
When at home caregivers need to step away for vacations, weekends, or emergencies, our community is here to provide qualified care in their absence to visiting residents.Following hospitalization for surgery or illness, a short term stay with us under the care of our trained team could provide the recovery and rehabilitation support needed to prevent complications and costly hospital readmission.
Our admissions process is designed to be quicker and easier than you might expect. When circumstances demand and safety allows, we can place residents into our community in a single day.
